Miguel Medrano Acevedo serves as Director of Operations for Que Hospitality, bringing solid experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. He began his career as a barback and bartender, advanced through roles as cashier and General Manager across the company’s restaurants, and rose to Director of Operations through hard work, resilience, and a deep passion for the industry. His hands-on experience at every level, combined with his commitment to consistency and attention to the smallest details, has given him invaluable insight into daily operations and a strong commitment to continuous improvement.

Proud of his Colombian heritage, Miguel infuses his leadership with the warmth, respect, and genuine connection central to Latin hospitality. He deeply values family, loyalty, and trust — principles he considers the cornerstone of life and the foundation for building strong, meaningful relationships. This foundation shapes his approach to fostering collaborative teams and creating memorable moments for both guests and team members.
